Full Version: Painting Inside of Comet Road Fairing....?

I painted the inside of my Road Comet II a matte black color. I taped it off and sprayed it. The paint dried fine. It's been on there for almost two years. Taping it off is a bit tricky, especially the rounded parts. Just take your time.

I don't have the fairing in hand, yet. But from pictures of it, it does look like it will be a chore to tape it off to paint the inside. I'll probably go with flat black, or a matte black, like yours. That's what the factory used on a bikini fairing I had on another bike. It was a candy red, too, just a little bit darker red. The black looked good on that one. Thanks again.
