Is the samurider silver front sprocket cover aluminum or plastic?

If you have a 13, some modification is needed if you want to install one of the bolts. I think we have a how to on that.

He also has a silver painted plastic one, simply changes the black '13 US model one to silver.

If its the silver color you ate going for couldn't the stock cover be painted with silver plastic paint?

I bought the silver plastic sprocket cover from Samurider and it fit perfect with no modifications needed.

Here is what it looks like on the bike if anyone is interested.
