Has anyone put these bags on a 2014?

No you dont need brackets

Here is a review I found.

This is from a site that advertises the bags..

Honda cb1100 mounted, perfect size for the weekend overniter. length of the bag meant I did not have to worry about rear turn signal relocation or cramped rider legroom. frame mounted bag supports not needed on my application build quality is good
