For the guys who have a Road Comet screen, did the inside come unpainted? Mine arrived today with the inside painted the same red as the exterior. I seem to recall a post saying it comes unpainted? Mine is silver (inside and out).
Interesting. I know there's a thread about some guys painting the inside.
Ok, I found the thread. They just didn't like the rough finish.

Mine came painted.
Rebel, this is the only thread I can find where it was discussed, although I'm sure I remember something about someone painting the inside of a fairing. http://cb1100forum.com/forum/showthread.php?tid=5173

Update: Try this one: http://cb1100forum.com/forum/showthread.php?tid=7599

Alternatively type paint AND inside AND fairing into the search box and scrounge through the results.
Yes, I remember Smile participating in a thread about painting the inside of a cowl. I asked if they had any tips about taping the edges. The inside of mine is painted, but I think the discussion may have been about blacking out the area as the pinkish/red wasn't all that attractive.
It was about blacking out the inside. Mine is like Rboe's. Silver inside and out. I decided I like it and never painted the inside.
I have a RC2 it came painted..flat black outside and inside.

The red ones come unpainted. The fiberglass itself is red, and the inside is easy to paint. I did mine in silver.
