Hey guys, got my CB a few months back and love it. The PO installed a staintune exhaust, which I don't mind, but I'm hoping for a long life outa this bike. Do I need to have it remapped for the new exhaust to keep it running properly for a long time?

I installed the Staintune with no remapping and it runs just fine. There really isn't a Honda remap, but PC and Guhl ECU reprogramming can be done. Lots of info on that here. But bottom line, you should be fine without fiddling.
