Shinchan, it might be the Whitehouse fender which, if I recall correctly, is not sold by Mr T.

Found it through Google search. Weird that I can't find it when browsing the body parts section on Mr. T's site:

I found it on the samurider website. However as I am in France I must buy it through the local whitehouse distributor.

And to complete the first 3 pieces I ordered:

Honda:CB1100 Type-Two Low Handlebar
Chrome handlebar end weights:CB1100
Chrome headlight bucket:CB1100

Only the mirrors and Oil cap to go.
And I am still thinking to a oil temp gauge, but not missing with the ECU is complicated...

It's christmas for my CB!
