Not sure if it's leaking how would I test that?
Listen for a leak, or put some soapy water around joint and see if it blows bubbles

I have an Arrow and it doesn't move that much. It seems like you may be missing the collar (No. 11 in the pic) that prevents that movement.

Am I supposed to use the gasket? I could get that to fit.

I don't remember a gasket... If it's there, it never came out when I took off the factory muffler or when I had the headers finished.
I fixed it! Thanks everyone for the help.

I has the insert I had everything I needed just used the wrong exhaust clamp... I had to torque the new down a bit and now it's solid as a rock. I used my yoshimura clamp which maxed out before it was tight enough. Should be good now!
