The Wyvern bear an uncanny resemblance to the 1969-75 CB750 pipes. That's not a coincidence, the Japanese manufacturers know the details. and that's what sold me. Made in Japan, just like the CB750 and CB1100.
Pipe-masters cost approx $350 less. They seem quite a bit louder when comparing videos.

Removing the O2 sensor from the stock headers is a pita w/o the special tool, so i decided to order an 02 sensor eliminator widget from U.K. eBay. I'm demonstrating major restraint by not starting it up and causing computer problems.

Agreed! Especially at the end. Good on ya for exercising restraint. Definitely the right thing to do, but must not be easy.
