I know there are guys having their 13 and 14 CB1100's painted to replicate the 1983 1100F. There are a few companies producing the original vinyl decals sets from the 81-83 "F" bikes. Does anyone know if these will fit our tanks and side panels. Sure would be cheaper than paint and reversible.
Id love to do the 82 900F orange and red tank strips on my black 2014.
You do realize that the stripes on our bikes are decals that are clear coated over. Just letting you know that the surface is not entirely smooth. You can feel the difference if you run your finger over the stripes.
Whether that matters or not, I don't know.
Of course, if you are going to repaint, then nevermind.

Thats good to know, I didn't realize they were cleared over--Im picking my bike up tomorrow.
