Pittycheria, Popgun sent me pictures of how the lower RC bracket bracket works, so I understand the concept. His bike is a 2013, and the horn bracket is somewhat different now on the 2017 than his. There is a cosmetic black plastic cover over the 2017 bracket, in between the 2 horns, secured with 2 screws. Do you have to remove and leave that cover off to attach the lower bracket?
