Hey everyone,

I received a Dart Marlin screen for my CB1100 at Christmas. Long story short - my bike is a 2017 and, guess what, it won’t fit. Unfortunately I only got to look a putting it on as of today and just didn’t notice the bottom brackets are different on my bike. Yes I’m a dumb dumb. No I can’t return it.

DART will have new 2017 EX brackets available next month, might want to wait and order them?

I have the same problem with my new Parabellum windscreen.

But when I rode in the 60s, no accessory ever fit properly despite what the ad said. So this does not surprize me. Unfortunately my friend Scotty moved to Arizona in the late 60s with his machine shop in a yellow school bus.

So now my real challenge is, can I make it fit without having to modify the bike or spending more than another windscreen will cost?
I really like the look of the Dart screen. I don't like that fitting it also replaces the (very) nice original Honda headlight brackets which to my eyes are a gorgeous work of art.
I'll have to try something else - like a headlight mounted screen.
