It took 3 days as I could only work for short periods of time, followed by 2 days to recover but I finished installing all the parts I collected over the winter. I just couldn't bring myself to let someone else do it. The only part missing is kennyw's new license plate bracket, as soon as I get that and figure out how to post pictures I'll show off the Blue Angel.
So without further delay, here is what I did:
Daytona Cozy seat - I think I'm sold on this seat over the Corbin, I'm able to move around more and I don't have to reach for the bars. I hope to do a longer test tomorrow.
Honda OEM luggage rack - not much to say, looks great and easy to install.
Givi Monokey 55 liter top box - really nice and easy mount/dismount. Except the first time I used it something on the latch broke and now it won't latch shut, not sure why yet.
Staintune slip-on - I love how this looks, far better than stock, the perfect size. I guess it is louder than stock but I can't really tell, I have fairly substantial work place related hearing loss so nuances of sound aren't really my forte. I bought it for purely cosmetic reasons and I am not disappointed.
Ikon rear shocks - vast improvement over stock. I can now ride my CB without being crippled afterwards, smooths out the road substantially. I rode one of the roughest roads here and didn't bottom out once.
Honda 2017 CB1100EX front forks - holy crap, these are even better than the Ikons. The bike is completely transformed, I'll let others who know and can explain technical terms about suspension do so, all I know is that these forks are awesome.
Oil cooler cover - looks nice, cheap protection from rocks hitting the oil cooler. If that is even a thing
That's it, it is now the perfect bike, although every time I see greekcb's bike I start thinking that a Road Comet 2 in Pearl Spencer Blue would look pretty nice....

For some unknown reason I assumed it latched automatically on closing, I had no idea it was a 2 step process to latch it. In my defense I bought it used with no paperwork.
