MWV, go to this site: http://cssportal.css-club.net/honda/MCA/TERMS010.aspx
Go in and navigate to 751cc and larger, then pick CB1100 and then 2014. When the accessories show up, scroll the accessory list to the rear carrier and open or get the .pdf which is in English.
Edit. And now I think it may not the show dlx, just the standard...
Also, it is possible that Mr. T has the instructions in English. He has a LOT of English speaking customers, he also speaks English, and he has translated a few things for customers. Worth a try.
