start, then ride out of neighborhood on rear tire. when i reach the main road, I do some burnouts then it is ready.

Ditto. I also have a briefcase to strap to the rack most mornings, so that's an extra minute or so.
I do the standard that everyone else does.. Fire it up, gear up then go. Which should be enough time to get oil pressure and for things to circulate. However, i take it easy enough to make sure it's full warmed up, and I have some heat in the tires before I really start to ride it..

Yeah, start it, don the gear, ride out of my neighborhood to the boulevard, turn left and head for the beach.
I crank mine and listen for it to idle down. once it does, I go.

(+1) Although in the colder climate, one can't wait forever. That means sometimes, "big klunk 'n' go". Usually by the first major intersection the engine block is toasty warm, and idle is down.
In warm climate/ON, after starting and before taking off, it takes me up to a minute. By the first stop, idling is normal. Do not follow any specific procedure to warm up my CB.....similar with cars even in winter, synthec oils year round/all vehicles.
Warming up the engine is very frowned upon because it is extremely inefficient ......... especially during the ice scraping of the car windows
