+1 on the PAIR delete for starters. PC V will help the fueling, and from what I have seen here they probably have a program that will work for you, but PC dyno tuning is widely available.
Ben
Direct header dump, if I remember correctly, without proper mapping, the low end pull is going to suffer. Anyway, in my place, that's going to earn a lot of tickets.
I like the backfire and poping when letting go the throttle. But my exhaust is a full size after market exhaust which conform with Japanese spec, so the poping is bassy and not so loud. Heck its even quieter than my small kawi. At night some blue flame might shown when high rev cut off... So not sure if factory is running lean or rich.
I would 100% recommend getting the auto-tune box with the power commander. Do the pair bypass as well.
Can't tell from that picture- is the cat still there?
What age demographic are you in?
Yes cat is still there. And 27

I installed a four-pot fuel management system on my Kawi Nomad to cure a terrible pinging problem, along with reworking the air intake system, removing the idle air injectors and hole-sawing the exhaust. It made a huge difference. The bike ran way better, with better throttle response, better sound, faster revving.
So Cody, are you riding yet?
