Just let the landscaper pay for a new set of tank pads , if no luck you need to put some Round Up is his fertilizer tank.

the landscaper has already ordered a new set of pads, i just figured if i could get the original re-stuck, i could have a spare one in the bank for later on.

I used a small amount from a tube of black silicon sealant to restick a tank pad. Worked perfectly, I just used a little on each part of the pad and cleaned the excess off with a pack of household cleaning wipes. I used masking tape wrapped around the tank for a couple of hours to keep a little pressure applied while it set.
