Many of you will have fitted Rlet's and although they are on you will have failed Mr Honda's test and fitted them with the unsightly seams showing and struggled to push them over the ball with oil, soap, blood sweat and tears.

Mr Honda presented the Rlet's to you inside out with a dry fitting in mind and left you to ponder and reason on the task ahead of you.
If the seam is to go on the inside what better way than to offer up the Rlet ball to the lever ball and just gently slide ball over ball thus turning the Rlet the correct way with the action and hiding the seam inside.

The small hole in the ball is not needed and is just there to confuse.

The larger lever hole finally still needs to go over the lever ball and Rlet ball together but assist the tightness just turn the lever sleeve inside out before fitting starts ( see piccy)

This way of course may be wrong but the force was showing me the way and has now put doubt in others minds to as to where the seams should be...
Inside or outside the choice is yours but RS owners the seamless fuel tank could be a clue ?

... and all is well despite turbulence.

The seams are actually to break up the air flow some to prevent low pressure areas around the lever balls. This has the effect of lowering air resistance so as to allow the bike to go faster. IT WORKS! I verified it at the NASA facility at Wallops Island wind tunnel while doing top secret research on the drones that everyone thinks are UFOs. OH SNAP, wasn't supposed to say anything about that. Well, see you guys in 10 to 20...

I said the small holes in the Rlet balls were there to confuse application but the actual purpose of the holes is they work in conjuction with the seams on the outside which direct the air flow over the holes to make a high pitch whistle at illegal speeds which only dogs and law enforcement can hear and thus generating automatic speeding tickets to be sent out.
Whereas correctly fitted Rlets with seams inside are silent and warp speed is undetectable at any factor.

Special properties in either case

I thought the little hole was where sh*t came out. Oh well, shows what I know.
