While that may work, my fear would be her boots then interfering with mine. I'll probably just sell the bags. Thanks for the suggestion though!

This is what my wife's leg looks like with mine. She is 5' 4".
It looks like yours are positioned the same as mine.
No, the brackets only fit one way.
So, your wife's boot is hitting the case and almost on her heel as well.
How tall is she and what seat are you using?
How far have you ridden with her on the bike? No wiggle room- locked in one spot.
Thanks for the picture.

She is 5-4. We didn't go for a long ride but she was comfortable. A long ride would be an issue.
My wife is 5-2. Couple that with my high seat and this won't work.
If a long ride is an issue, then for me this is silly. I bought these specifically for long rides.
Maybe I'll hold onto them for a while and see if she rides or not. If she ever decides not to ride any more then I can reinstall them.

I ended up buying my wife her own bike before getting a chance to see how a long ride would go.
If anyone wants these, let me know. I might use them in the future, but might as well move them on to someone who wants them instead of collecting dust for years. I'll make a FS thread later..
So I walked by these in my basement the other day...and true to my last post- which was 5 years ago- they are just sitting collecting dust.

Nice follow-up post.

They are very beautiful, but the wrong color for me. Still, someone else might like to have them collecting dust in his garage.
