I def think ebay would grant a refund if you pursued.
Do you think it's a scam or stringing along, delayed by the supply chain? Is Arrow among the Italian companies that shut down for the month of August?

I don't think the other two bikes, Kawi & Guzzi, would be happy with a new exhaust for the DLX only

I don't think the other two bikes, Kawi & Guzzi, would be happy with a new exhaust for the DLX only

Well the Kawi already got an Akrapovic and I can't understand a word the Guzzi says anyway....

I'm told the delay is from Arrow being short of raw materials and back orders from covid staff shortages etc ect. Now he says the delivery company can take 2 weeks to update their tracking info.
The seller says he can not refund me now because the item has been dispatched but the tracking and ebay says its not been sent.
My biggest gripe is the seller being dishonest on the listing by saying 1 available and delivery 17 to 24 days when he knows he hasn't got one available and can not deliver in the time frame. There are 7 watchers on item so alot of money for him if they buy, its not right.

Nag away at eBay, Mixagon. Promise to bag it out as a marketplace if something isn't done.

Update on my Arrow exhausts.

Talked to Ebay about the seller persuading me to close my dispute in October and promise delivery first week of November and failing and sending me bogus tracking info.
Dispute instantly re opened and full refund awarded and in my bank account 12 hours later
I also asked....
how he's removed the 4 neg feedback I've seen this month and is now back to 100% feedback again.

How can he sell things he hasn't got and still list 1 available with 2/3 week delivery as he is still doing with Arrow exhausts.

Once he gets your email by saying the courier needs it he never contacts through Ebay again so all the stringing along is hidden from Ebay.

3 investigations started and a promise if I leave him neg feedback he will not be able to remove it as others need to know.

I’m glad to hear your got your money back Mixagon! I got scammed once back in the 80’s and ended up eating he loss. I even called that states’s AG but that didn’t help me any.
