Looking to fit the Givi rack and plate so I can use my givi top box. On the givi site it says for 2013 cb1100, mine is 2017 model EX. Is there any differance between the 13 and 17 model's at the back were you would fit the rails. Thought I would check before I spend my hard earned.

Wow,thanks for the advise. It's a mine field out there. Will need to study all the links. Why do the bolt centers change through the years,thought it was just the tank that changed. Will try to buy from a dealer near to me Rutland in England.Going to measure bolt centers to check.

Good luck! My Givi boxes are indispensable on my bikes. One of the reasons I treat my CB1100 very carefully is that there seem to be a lot of one-year-only aspects - at least for the three year models that were brought to the U.S. I realize that a lot of stuff on my bike is 2013-specific, and would be difficult to replace.
Nick, something to bear in mind is that Givi makes a universal mount that will likely fit on any rear rack you can find. So, unless you particularly want the Givi rack, you may well have options. Try webike.com and samurider.com.
