customizing ; the idea (look) is art which one like or not.....whether it has any practical use in everyday lifeis the other side (for example drivability ,special for me partly in our narrow steep mountainstreets when I think of so many many many harley-custom bikes)

That guy should be arrested for bike abuse in the first degree and bail set at the asking price of his bike . He will be in jail for a long time.
