My 45 Flathead Harley

Wow..on the rare occasions I get out to Tooele I'll keep an eye out for this. Can't imagine this is a daily rider

Ride it out to the race track in the summer. Local car and bike shows it has about 500 miles on it since being rebuilt. I have a 2013 CB for a daily driver.

I do like early Harley's and Indians. Great bike, I love the colour and the style. Why the sissy bar, I always thought they were a backrest for pillions but what do I know?

My dad's last Harley was a 1941 45 ci that we restored.

Fabulous Rick and I like the disc brake conversion. Looks as though it was always there.

Just a style thing I guess. The bike started out with ape hanger handle bars and longer fishtail exhaust the switched to the way it is now.

Thanks. The motor and tranny are 1941, the frame is 1947, tanks are 1948, front end is off 1953 trike, back fender off a friends dads panhead he rode in the 60's. Late model disc brakes from Harley on the front, late model Indian on the rear. Home made sissy bar. Upgraded 12volt electrical system.
