My friend had one of those! They are rare! Just curious do you work on bikes for a living or are you just a collector? You seem to have some pretty cool bikes.

Very nice. A buddy is Spain had the exact bike (I don't recall the serial number) and could absolutely ride the wheels off of it. He loved it.

I've been around motorcycles all my life, an affliction not shared by my parents or siblings. This was all my own doing.
I am a career car and motorcycle mechanic and collector, have bikes I ride and bikes I stow away. I went on a bit of a new bike frenzy last Fall and bought six new ones, so far I've ridden all of them except my new MV which will likely sit on a display stand until the race kit arrives from Italy.
Latest addition is a 2017 Honda Africa Twin Tricolor DCT which replaced the 2017 CB1100EX I decided to pass over.

I like those African twins... my Dad just picked up a Ducati monster 812 yesterday... he will be 72 next month.. at least we can go riding again soon. He sold his kawi Concors a few months back when my mom was sick. Before she passed away. He already has a new " friend" she doesn't have any interest in riding.

Jealousy is one of the causes that makes people gossip instead of keep their mouth shut.

That is a good looking bike. Best of luck dealing with the process of selling.

Just venting... thanks for your encouragement, but I am beginning to think that CL is not the best venue to market my bikes.

Roger,
That is a GREAT looking bike. You don't happen to have a new RD-350 or RD-400 two stroke Yamaha street bike do you? That would be a fantasy bike for me. I wish I'd bought one when they were new.

Chip,
I had a succession of Yamaha 2 strokes beginning with a badly abused R5, then two RD350s, a 1979 RD400 Daytona, and two RZ350LCs, one red, white, and blue and the other in the famous yellow speed block Kenny Roberts edition.
All sold off now, I moved on to a couple of CBXs, an Eddie Lawson Replica KZ1000R, a KZ1000TC turbo, and a number of other collectibles including my only two stroke road bikes, a YZR500 and a RGV500 Gamma, both currently being restored.
I loved my old RDs.... leaving my friends behind in a cloud of two stroke smoke was one of my favorite activities until they banned me.
