Rode out of Chesapeake Cycles in Annapolis, MD.

Was easy to ride smoothy. Bike felt solid. Not too much torque, even in sport mode. Steady tide, good brakes.

Rode ten miles and the battery went down 10%.[Image: a767921e1b38ed30e8de480eb694f9de.jpg][Image: e9a46f202ce421a31e3b50b6603be1d6.jpg]

Thanks for the link. I searched "zero motorcycle" here on my phone and didn't see that thread.
I read yesterday that all Volvo cars will have either electric or hybrid motors within two years and that France is planning to phase out the sale of all internal combustion engines over the next 20 years. Gobble up the gas, guys, our days are probably numbered!
Test rode a Zero again recently, fun quiet bike. If I was ONLY commuting to/from work 20-30 miles each way it would be adequate.
I rode the newest Zero a few weekends ago. Loads of torque all around, smooth acceleration to the top of the range (not triple digits, but close), and nearly silent except for the wheel noise. Power mode was the best, obviously, but I'd prefer less nanny intervention to get the front wheel aloft.

Also will do burnouts. The stunt guys at the promo event liked that. The demo boss, not so much.
