I just couldn't help myself. The CB1100 is great for day trips and did serve me well during our annual trip last year. However something caught my eye a couple of weeks ago.

I just bought a beautiful mint condition 2008 Triumph Sprint ST. This was a one owner bike who lavished it with great care. Further he was almost obsessed with with weight reduction. He added forged Carrozzaria wheels, Ohlins rear shock, swapped out almost all fasteners for titanium and added copious amounts of carbon fiber. I could go on forever with the tasteful and well executed modifications to this bike.

Given that it came with the panniers, top box, as well as Triumph tank and tail bags packing for trips shouldn't be a problem.

BMV here in town doesn't open until Tuesday so will have to wait until then for a ride assuming it doesn't snow.

Time machine it is. Will take you from here to there comfortably in the blink of an eye. Congrats.
I didn't know anything about this bike until I read a ride report written by a friend of mine about his trip to Alaska on his Sprint ST. Quite a bike. Enjoy it!
Congrats! Honda dealer in Savannah showed me one in 2014 just after I bought my Honda ST 1300. I didnt know Triumph made them till I saw it there.
Great deal and it has that amazing Triumph triple with abundant torque and a lovely sound.Thumbs Up

As to sound the previous owner fitted the bike with a Trident exhaust from England. If anyone is interested here is the link which also contains a video with the sound which is glorious I might add.

Sounds very exotic
Very nice, Paul Thumbs Up
I always did like those. test rode one once. really sweet!
A buddy had one. I shake my head when he sold it, but he does that. Had a bike for a short spell then moves on.

Kinda of a sleeper; it really should be better known considering how good it is.
