My Horn Mod was just using a Radio Shack momentary button i had on hand . not that it is all that great but in an emergency all i would have done was counsel the turn signals Now both of my Honda's have the horn in the same location and closer for my thumb to reach

Yea I don't know why Honda did that, but I believe all 2014 and up Hondas now use that pattern.
