The last one is a smokin' deal, the NT700V may sell, but the rest will likely just languish further.
I just checked their website (Sun Enterprises), and the 2014 CBR600RR for $2599 is actually for a 2014 Rebel 250 (wrong picture and title).
But they had a great deal on a new 2015 CB300F for $1999.
I would not mind the NSR 50 .

Yep, this is from Sun Enterprises in Thornton, CO. They're a huge multi-line dealer and also own a HD dealership next door. I ordered my CB50R from them about fifteen years ago.
I wonder if they physically lost track of the crates, or the folders they were in on the real old stuff, or what? Some of these really big dealers with off-site storage can lose track of crates. On the other hand, most of the bikes listed were very slow sellers, and the prices from Honda on leftover units dropped and they chose not to sell them below cost. Until now.
Wonder how much the “other” fees add up to?
The NT is a good deal.
No other fees. Tax only.
I'm guessing these bikes were sitting in the Honda warehouse and the dealer was able to buy them for pennies on the dollar, just to clear them out. I'll bet other dealers have similar inventory.

Honda pays for warehouse space on their inventory, so unsold inventory costs them money monthly. They drop prices on non-current models gradually, but at the 5-year point, they will cut prices to the dealers (and sometimes to other Honda distributors overseas) dramatically, and they are usually gone in minutes.
What often happens at dealerships is that they have unsold models that sit around a couple years, Honda drops prices on their own supply of the same models dramatically, and the dealers can't sell their older inventory except at a loss. So rather than show a loss on a sale, sometimes bikes are "lost" in limbo at the dealership.
I'll bet there are many dealers who had unsold 2014 Standards, bought at the original higher price, who are waiting for the discounted ones to get sold first, so they can try to sell them at the higher price
I'd like to have the cbr250r for that price.
