Got tired of his style very quickly so I never watched that video. But he has a large following so some like him.

I mean..i guess the question i have (without having watched it) is does the bike get to ride and run and live its life on the road the way it was meant to? If so....awesome. probably not though. Bet it gets chopped into a cafe racer.
I thought it was fun to watch...If it were mine, I wouldn't be able to stand it sitting in the box. But I probably would ask someone Norton knowledgeable to unpack it with me, maybe some dude who bought one as his first bike back in the day. That would be fun, to see his reactions as he once again sees his bike from yesteryear unfold before his eyes.
