Here's a link to it on Amazon.com, with lots of great reviews at a very reasonable price ($7.89 each, shipped). In the product description it says it specifically is a replacement for Honda's OEM filter, p/n: 15410-MFJ-D01.

I've seen some derogatory online posts about the K&N 204 filters of late, so I'm going to change to this one and give it a try.

I don't have a comment, but I'm curious as to why you're reluctant to use another Honda filter. They're only $1-$2 more.
About the same price online
LongRanger, solely because of the slick ADVERTISING on Amazon.com and lure of a somewhat lower price compared to Honda OEM . . . lol
Got it, thanks. I thought perhaps you were having issues with the OEM filter.

I've had a HiFlo Filter on my bike since Pterodactyl had a scare with a K&N filter and had to replace it in a hurry. I swapped my K&N out at the first opportunity too.
It seems fine to me and came highly recommended.
For only a few bucks more you can get their [url=https://www.amazon.com/Hiflofiltro-HF204RC-Racing-Oil-Filter/dp/B00G6EHK02/ref=sr_1_1?s=automotive&ie=UTF8&qid=1480161093&sr=1-1&keywords=hiflo+racing+oil+filter]racing oil filter with a 17mm nut on the end for easy removal.
I'll stick with the OEM filter.

That's the same style stamped and spot-welded nut that K&N has had leaking problems with. In fact, rumor has it that HiFloFiltro had the contract to make the K&N filters. However, K&N has had their filters made in Korea and China as well, so who knows for sure if the bad filters are coming out of just one of these countries or all of them.
I just put on an HF 204 (without nut) before I tucked away my CB for the winter. Therefore, I cannot provide a good review yet. The only issue I noted was that it seems the end of the canister is almost bottoming out against the engine casing. The O-ring seal looks well-made but it is not very tall/thick, so hopefully it is doing its job!
OEM oil filters are frightfully expensive up here, but I bite the bullet and use them.
