This is what I got today for measurements. The charger is a 2 amp NAPA charger. I also have a 1.25 Battery Tender on my ST but I didn't bother doing that one.
I measured voltage with a Fluke 77AN multimeter and current with an ES687 clamp meter that will measure dc amps to 1 milliamp.
My battery charger was in the maintenance mode and I measured voltage of 12.8v. I disconnected the charger from the bike and read 12.8v. Current read ~22ma in maintenance mode. That seems maybe a little strange, maybe not. I might play with that again sometime to verify that reading.
When I reconnect the charger it goes into charge mode with a voltage reading of 14.7v and current read 760ma but went down pretty quick as the battery is not really discharged.
I then decided to do the ClassicVW test. I disconnected the charger and turned on the ignition and put the headlight in Hi-beam and let it burn for around 5 or 10 minutes. I didn't pay that much attention.
Then I put the charger back on and it went into charge mode. Current read 2.4 amps. To verify the clamp on worked, I disconnected the charger and set up the Fluke to measure the current and reconnected the charger and it read 2.4 amps.
Whether this is any real help or not, it was interesting to do.

The charger is a "Noko Genious G750" and, like your batteryMINDer it has several different color, and even size, LEDs. Between what LED or combination LEDs are on, or blinking, and what the blinking sequences are, I always need to refer to the owner's manual to decipher just what it's trying to tell me, LOL.
