Plenty of aftermarket options to replace the whole housing with something smaller.

i dont mind the stock light i just need a new lens as mine was broken somewhere along the line and most the conversions ive seen i did not like.

Then I would post a want ad in the classifieds looking for the guy that removed a stock one for any aftermarket replacement. And also eBay. But I cannot fond one on eBay at the moment.

The Lockhart taillight is another option that looks stock.

this might be the solution i was looking for. seems like minimal wiring and looks good.
