The original front brake uses a "Y" at the horn to feed the twin calipers I just used a double banjo bolt and ran the hose over the fender, works fine.
Regarding the windshield, a Slipstreamer S-03, the jury is still out. I kind of like a shield to deflect the wind over my head and yet still let me look over it. So far I have not been able to find that sweet spot in the mounting and my noggin is still getting buffeted. Has any one out there tried re-bending an acrylic shield forward at the top to give it some wind deflecting hook?
Anybody out there on the big island of Hawaii
I have a set of brand new stock tires available cheap, Bridgestone Battlax 110/80R18M/C 58V & 140/70R18M/C 67V. I ride on gravel a bit so when I bought the bike I replaced the oems with Pirelli 150/70 R 18 MT 90 A/T & 110/80 R 18MT 60 RS
Sorry to chime in late.
Mark, glad to hear you got the throttle cable done.

FWIW, maybe for another bike or project; Motion Pro makes custom cables. They’re good to work with and have quality products.
Hi Ray,
WOW on the 750!
I looked into using a Motion Pro completed cable [with the barrels permanently fitted on both ends] and that would have necessitated the removal of all of the paraphernalia behind the injectors to be able insert the barrels into their receivers. Additionally getting the length just right would have been problematic
I noticed no one replied to your original post about the "e" designation for your CB1100e.

Honda puts that there solely to identify the model year of a unit. The 2013 model is a CB1100d. That way, at the dealership, it is "slightly easier" to identify which year a particular bike is without typing four characters (2014).
