So I took my 2013 CB into the shop to get new tires. Getting it back and driving it these past five days I think I noticed that it has been a bit “buzzy”. When I am doing 70mph in 5th is when I noticed it, it goes away when I pull in the clutch. So I don’t think it has anything to do with the new tires, but could I just be noticing the difference between my bike and the 2019 Goldwing I had as a loaner?

Press down on the speedo or someplace on the gauge cluster. I, and I believe others, have noticed that the cluster buzzes sometimes. There's a fix using an O ring, but I couldn't find it on a quick search (I may have seen it on Facebook, though)
I'd check the torque setting on the front and rear axles, as well as confirm the chain alignment and adjustment. If these are okay, and if your bike has any mileage on it, I'd next check the wheel bearings and steering head for wear. I'd also have the shop rebalance the tires. If all is within spec, I'd just shrug and buy the Gold Wing.
A number of us had buzzing that turned out to be connectors in the headlight bucket vibrating against the bucket or bulb holder. We wrapped them in thin foam or whatever others used and no more buzzing.

The Gold Wing is going to be smoother. My VFR800 vibrates much less at highway speeds than my CB1100 does.
There's a certain buzziness in the 2013 rev range between 3K and 4K RPM.
As many members have expressed, Grip Puppies seem to help in the "buzz range".

Good point popgun. It could still be the "audible buzz", like in the headlight bucket example.
