My large Plexistar National Windshield had many various size scratches from when my CB1100 fell over in the gravel a couple years ago. Ran across the this web page that described how to repair scratch damage. Tired it ... IT WORKED. Super happy with results.

I used the 800 + 1200 wet dry sand paper suggestion, following up wit the Novus 3, 2, 1 products. Got Novus kit on Amazon for $19 ... they give you a lot of product ... for my many scratches I only used maybe 1/10 of their product.

I don’t suppose you have before and after photos, bflint?

Might be able to look thru old photos for before. My neighbor Joe saw the before and after and said it looked great

+1 on the Novus products. I've been using the #1 to clean my helmet shields and bike windscreens for over 10 years now. Great to know the whole system works for scratched Plexiglas.
