Finally got around to replacing the cam chain tensioner. Noise 95% gone. I've put about 100 miles on it and I don't even notice the noise anymore. The old one I pulled out seems normal. Maybe it got stuck? I reloaded it and popped the release and seemed okay. Went ahead and put the new one in anyways.

P.S> Anyone interested seeing my current build? I am building an 77 CB750f and converting it to a single sided swing arm from a VFR, Front end from a CBR1000 and the engine punched out to 836cc plus many other goodies including Motogadget M-unit and CR carbs to say the least. Fab work is done and everything has been though paint and powercoat. Now for assembly.
