I used it on my ex Cb 750 four, excellent result, to heat up just turn on the engine after painting.
It works well with the airbrush.

Bad idea to use regular washing up liquid, I'm pretty sure it contains salt which is no good for any exposed metal, especially soft aluminium. It will also strip any wax or polish off your bike too.
