Odo is likely persistent in some small amount of non-volatile memory.

Tripmeter and clock have small power drain, not the total mileage though. Some minor leakage through regulator is normal.

0.1 mA is max allowable amp drain on pre-2017, 0.02 mA on 2017 and later.
