One of the listed flange bolts is it, I would imagine.
Gallery plugs are usually a install at the factory and never touched again kind of thing. At least mine is bone dry. Hope it stays that way 
Before you go messing with a lot of bolts, you should follow the above advice and clean off all the oil and just ride the bike. After every ride check for leaks and find the actual source and go from there.
Oil leaks can be in places that are not where the oil ends up due to wind blowing it, or dripping, etc.

In the old days we would clean the spot and then spray on a dry white powder like foot powder to see where it gets damp
George have you cleaned the area and checked for where the oil appears from?
Because this photo looks identical to your third picture according to the screenshots i have from both.

Yes I did clean this side of the engine with some gas and I confirmed the oil leak is coming from this thin layer of silicone

In the mean time things are looking up, Greta was on holiday in NZ and emailed me, once i explained i had a wooden leg and had trouble cleaning the bike she volunteered and cleaned the oily mess up in my driveway.
Have to agree it's much better looking now and Greta is happy for an old guy like me to drive it round for a few more years and posed in front of the bike to thank the forum members for their support in getting the job done, what a nice thing to do!

Here is to hoping the CB1100 posted oil leak is a non-issue.
GO she always carries some " seal oil " ( get it ? ) with her and it is a renewable product which is
environmentally friendly and sustainably extracted from " selected animals " who volunteer to save the planet, it does a great cleaning job!
The jacket she wears is nylon which apparently is exempt from " just stop " for practical reasons, i could go on but.....
