This may have come up i didn't read through the entire thread. Have you taken a plug reading?
CIP : I told him to first check the simple stuff plugs, vaccum leak etc. You know most of the time we over look the simple stuff

Hi CIP57. I haven't done anything myself except measure the vacuum because the bike less than 5 weeks old and is still covered by the warranty. If it wasn't under warranty I would have tried repairing it myself already, but thank you for the suggestion.
