If you like the mods. & live close by it's not a bad buy. If it's set up for your style CB good luck and let us know! Being at a dealer tell him you like the stock bike better he should come down on price

If you can get the dealer to say what the last 4 digits of the VIN are, then you can look it up on the forum registry.
Off the top of my head, I don't remember seeing a bike with those particular mods here, but I could be wrong (it happened once in 1981).
