I can't find the genuine Honda outdoor cover anywhere. Anyone know of where I can find one or give me a good alternative?
Please and thanks
Randall
I ordered an indoor one from here, from what I read, cover has to let moisture out and not hold moisture in or in its fabric either( like a cotton tarp would).

I use the Bilt outdoor covers from Cyclegear. On sale they run about $50 and last two to three years. No garage so I'm forced to keep my bikes outside and these guys work.

Do you even need a cover outdoors in AZ :-) Maybe for the dust.....

Looks almost like an ice fishing shelter!! One of the pull overs... wonder if one could take an old one with the hardware and top and use it...
Mainly for the sun. Sun just kills things like rubber, red paint, vinyl etc. Dust and rain protection is just a plus.
Then there is bird poop.
I tried a couple indoor covers. Lucky to get a year out of them; the sun eats them.
Could put a small heater or electric blanket in there to keep the moisture out in the winter.

My CBR250R got kicked out of the garage to make more room for the CB1100 last year. It's been under a Bilt outdoor cover. One nice thing to see is that after a rain, there's a pool of water sitting in a depression in the cover. This means that the water is NOT getting through the cover. Maybe the day will come when it will need a Durable Water Repellent refresh on the exterior, but that day hasn't come yet.
