Let's clear the air (pun intended) on the CB1100 emissions.

I have it on good authority that all CB1100 (both 2013 and 2014) are EPA and California ARB certified as 50-State emission type.
What that means is, regardless of what state you buy your CB1100, the emissions equipment are identical, including the PCM programming.
There is no special California emission type for the CB1100.

EHNXC01.1CFA = 2014 CB1100 (non-ABS, test class weight 340kg)

EHNXC01.1CFB = 2014 CB1100SA (ABS, test class weight 360kg)

Look at the "Vehicle Emission Control Information" (VECI) label on your bike,
the Engine Family name will be the same for every CB1100 sold in the United States regardless of which state you purchased your CB1100.
The VECI label will also state "THIS VEHICLE CONFORMS TO US EPA AND CALIFORNIA REGULATIONS...".

Here's an example from my ST1300 of a VECI label:

Do the Cali bikes have the charcoal evaporative canister? Many other bikes only come with them in that state.

Sorry for the confusion, Ferret. Since I'm "STILL" waiting delivery of my CB1100 Deluxe I used my ST1300 as an example.
