Um, it didn't quite turn out that way. In fact, the dealer thought I'd stolen it I was gone so long.
Came home and floated the balloon: "Sweetie, Love of my Life, I'm thinking of getting a different bike..."
"And getting rid of your NEW one?"
"Uh, huh."
"Are you out of your f*****g mind? You JUST BOUGHT IT!"
Well, actually, that isn't what she said. She simply asked me what I was getting and said,
"ok".
I pick up my new Deluxe Monday - if the sleep deprivation this weekend doesn't do me in.
