But the distance travelled, as in how many miles are on the bike in total, can that be changed to kilometers?

Also does anyone have a detailed picture of the speedo?
I would like to see how prominent the Miles are over Kilometers. I don't want to get eye strain while driving.

You can change the total distance and trip odometers back and forth from km to mi very easily. The owners manual walks you though how to manipulate the buttons.
