Local station near my house has non-ethanol "recreational fuel" 90 octane. I have been using this in the CB and she runs slicker than snot on a doorknob!

I wouldn't put a lot of faith into the "Top Tier" thing. Several of the stations listed buy gasoline from the Marathon refinery where I used to work and funny thing is Marathon is not on the list.
