But as an owner with a bike like that may be more inclined to sell rapidly than the average owner, it may well be 10% or 15% of those CB/s for sale any time on the market. Whatever the odds,
- your advice helps
- and its a good warning to newcomers.
May be Cormanus might wonna move this tread to a section of the forum where a newbie will more readily find it.

End of 2022 coming close, I wish you fellow "guys" all the best !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

May the new 2023 year be pleasant to you Gecko.
I bought my low-mile '13 from a private party. It has not exhibited any type of systemic problem at all. If it had, I would've traded it on something else right away.
The only issue I'm having on my 2014 4500 miles is I can't start it in neutral, kickstand down. This might be a bad tilt sensor of kickstand sensor, also when idling in neutral the gear display won't show neutral. My big project for the winter was a big facelift but a car project has held me up. As soon as the car gets straightened out the bikes commin apart.
This may not bother you but it forced me to sell mine for a newer model.
The problem is the older pre 2017 (I think that's the date) don't have stainless spokes they have steel spokes with a zinc coating which peels off and looks scabby and its impossible to get them to look shiny again. I spent hours trying with bleeding fingers but the only answer is new stainless steel spokes or maybe paint them but paint peels off eventually and needs re painting.
Also I did look at 2013 model and there it was ticking over nicely when a loudish ticking noise started and sales man ran over and stopped the bike and brushed the noise aside and asked if I was interested in buying, I walked away very quickly.
