If its truly local to you, why not stop in and ask them directly if its a 2015 and ask what Honda has told them? Or ring them up as they say over there?
Or better yet, look at the metal tag on the bike; that will tell you directly what year Honda thinks it is - no need to trust a sales person.
Wow, 10.3K British Pounds for that bike...that's over $15K US dollars. AND that's a favorable exchange rate!!!! Last time I was in the UK it was $2 for a Pound.

According to the link you posted, the dealer says he has both a red and white one for sale.
As for the year, I'm not sure if the Euro bikes have the same tag on the triple clamp as the U.S. bikes which tells the model year. If not, the 10th digit of the VIN will tell the tale. If it's an "E" that's 2014. If it's an "F", it is a true 2015 model.
