I hate to sell my bike with only 700 miles on it with all the extras I've paid for but I just can't ride it very far because of back problems guys ,,.i have really enjoyed this forum and was planning to make it to the rally but just couldn't drive it that far and it's only 121 miles from my house .. I just bought a Harley soft tail and can ride it with ease . Please check out the bike on the classified adds on the forum . I'm asking $8,000 for it with all the extras .. Makes me sick because I love the CB , however , I just can't use it enough to justify keeping it .. My phone number is 931 -337 -5361 .. Thank you to everyone on this forum . You are the best group I've ever encountered .Johnboy[url=http://s725.photobucket.com/user/johnbarnwell22/media/Mobile%20Uploads/2015-05/EC92E6E3-115F-4BA9-8390-80E792A1A909_zpsuxwc7943.jpg.html]

:thanks:
You have to ride what you're more comfortable on. That seems like a fair price with the mileage and goodies you have on it. Good luck.
I've had back problems and feel for ya. It's no fun at all. May your recovery be quick.
Funny thing is, I would have thought a Harley would irate your back and the CB would provide relief! Each body is different.
Sorry to hear it Johnboy but the good news is that you have another ride that is comfortable for you. The best bike in the world is the bike that suits you the best and gets you riding. You're not the first nor will you be the last to have moved on from the CB11. But that doesn't mean you can't continue to participate on the forum. We're all brothers here (and, I think, one sister. Maybe two.). So, stick around! Good luck with sale. The price seems fair and with our CBs becoming harder and harder to find, someone is sure to snatch it up.
I have to agree. Sorry to hear you can not ride the CB because of back problems. It is good to hear you found a bike you can ride with out adding to your back problem. At least you can still ride. You can still share your adventures with us.
Ride safe my friend.
Glad you've found the Harley is better for your back, but IMO, it's usually the other way 'round- selling the Harley heals one's back!
Thanks for the input guys .. I do have some handlebar risers ordered and if the bike doesn't sell I'm going to try them . Right now I can only enjoy about an hour or two at a time on the bike .
sorry that you have to let the CB go.
I've found that my back can't take the 'feet forward' riding position unless I have a backrest. With a backrest for support I can ride all day for weeks on end.
The best position I've found for riding with an aching back is the 'lay down' sport position laying chest down on a tank bag..
Happily, my bad back days are gone.
I hope that with the new ride, yours are as well.
ROX handlebar risers really helped with my Griso.
