What does the third dot point of the instructions say?

I don't decorate my workspace, but I think I will make an exception for this! Very cool.

I printed that pdf, cut out the pieces, and folded/taped it together. Double sided scotch tape and tweezers helped a lot.

Just went on the Whitehouse site and found blue:
