I'm not necessarily against paying a fair price for an extended warranty, but I get po'd when certain items are denied coverage due to normal wear. Gotta read the fine print before you sign!

Wearing out a part is not something I would ever ask a warranty to replace... it's a warranty against defects in materials or workmanship, not a maintenance contract. You can usually get one of those, too.

I completely agree, but I was thinking about things like fuel pumps, water pumps (on some bikes), O2 sensors, etc. Some warranties cover this stuff, some don't.
